Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AshlasWRLD.com (the “Site”) and any related services, content, features, subscriptions, and products (collectively, the “Services”), operated by AshlasWRLD (“AshlasWRLD,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

3) Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

A. Subscription access

B. Billing and renewal

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, annual, etc.) until you cancel.

C. Cancellation

Cancellation stops future renewals; you may retain access through the remainder of your paid term unless otherwise stated on the Site.

D. Refund policy

All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated on the Site. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly.

E. Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your purchase, unless otherwise required by law.

F. Chargebacks and disputed payments

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your account and deny future purchases. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide evidence to payment processors.

4) Digital Content and License

A. Ownership

All content on the Site—including videos, photos, text, graphics, branding, logos, and other materials (“Content”)—is owned by or licensed to AshlasWRLD and is protected by intellectual property laws.

B. Limited personal license

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Content for your personal, non-commercial use.

C. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, record, reproduce, download, distribute, sell, resell, or exploit Content without written permission

  • Share your account or allow others to access paid content through your account

  • Bypass paywalls, access controls, or security features

  • Use the Services to build a competing product or service

  • Remove watermarks or proprietary notices (if present)

5) DMCA / Copyright Complaints

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized

We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.

6) User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others

  • Post illegal, obscene, or infringing material

  • Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Site

  • Upload malware or run automated scripts to access content

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation

  • Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts for misconduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to AshlasWRLD in the [3 / 6 / 12] months prior to the event giving rise to the claim (choose one).

12) Indemnification

13) Termination

Upon termination, your license to access the Content ends immediately.
